Building Inspections & Pest Reports - We aim to carry out your building inspection within 48 hours of your enquiry. However in urgent situations we will endeavour to meet your deadline. Your reports will be available to be emailed or faxed within 24 hours of your inspection and a hard copy will be posted thereafter.

Building Inspections Brisbane - Our visual building inspection report covers the structural soundness of the building, significant defects to exterior and interior elements, the condition of the improvements to the property and any maintenance issues on the day of the building inspection. We inspect the exterior of the building and improvements to the property. All interior rooms, inside the roof void and the roof surface. Includes pre-purchase property inspections.

Pest & Termite Inspections - A full visual pest inspection of the exterior of the building and immediate surrounding property. All accessible internal rooms, the roof void and sub floor where applicable to detect termite activity, damage and conditions conducive to termite attack.

Asbestos samples are taken for analysis by an accredited laboratory.
