Brisbane has a great events calendar with plenty of international festivals and shows, some amazing sporting events, outdoor theatre, and lots of activities based on and around the river.

- Shannons Sports & Muscle Car Spectacular - Two of Porsche’s most famous long-distance race-winning cars will make a high profile pit stop at the Shannons Sports & Muscle Car Spectacular at Queensland Raceway on June 26-27. The legendary Porsche 935, winner of the World Constructors Championship in 1976 and 1977 and the GT1 road-version of the triumphant 1998 Le Mans 24 Hour winner will be amongst 300 fast and famous vehicles gathering at the circuit for a series of races, demonstrations and displays — 26th - 27th

With 100km and 60km options, the Wilson HTM Brisbane to the Gold Coast – 100km and Wilson HTM Logan to the Gold Coast – 60km Cycle Challenge is a fully supported event offering something for everyone. If you are an occasional rider you can do this event. If you have a moderate fitness level you can do this event. Southbank, Grey Street 5:15am & Maurice Park, Logan 8am - 10th
